2nd and 4th Saturday | 9-10:30am | University UMC
The journey into becoming and being a widower can be sad, scary, and lonely. For some time, the joy, laughter, and dreams you shared are replaced by quiet tears. Few understand the depth of your loss and many of your friends don’t seem to have the “right” words to console you. It can feel as if no one has ever been through this “valley of the shadow” and that no one else can possibly understand what you are going through. Stiff upper lips come at a cost.
Join us for coffee and informal conversations with other men who are making the same journey, looking for understanding and new ways to reconnect with life. No agenda, no speeches - just safe conversations with new friends and probably some “safe” tears and laughter.
We plan to meet every 2nd and 4th Saturdays from 9:00am - 10:30am in Room S109 (Just off the atrium, near the children's check in desk).
